Lexroom is an Italian legal tech scale-up with an international outlook, founded in 2023 by Paolo Fois, Martina Domenicali, and Andrea Lonza. Our mission is simple yet ambitious: to make law faster, more precise, and more accessible for professionals, without compromising on rigor, reliability, or professional responsibility.
The Founders
Martina Domenicali (CSO)
Born in Bologna in 1998, she is the key figure for growth and commercial expansion.
Background
Holds dual degrees in Law and New Technologies from the University of Bologna and King's College London. She founded Outcity, a startup dedicated to out-of-town students. She is active as a social media popularizer and an activist for eating disorders with the Animenta association.
Role
Chief Revenue Officer: revenue generation strategy, sales, and marketing to bring the product to legal professionals.
Paolo Fois (CEO)
He is the strategic leader and primarily responsible for the company's vision.
Background
Graduated from Politecnico with a Master's in Corporate Finance. Business-oriented profile with operational management experience, including innovation and venture capital.
Role
CEO: long-term vision, market strategy, and investor relations management (Base10, Entourage).
Andrea Lonza (CTO)
He is the technical mind behind the artificial intelligence architecture.
Background
Graduated in Computer Science, an AI and Machine Learning expert with a strong applied focus. He has translated legal requirements into algorithms for complex legal databases.
Role
CTO: leads dev teams to ensure platform precision, output security, usability, compliance, and efficiency.

A turning point in our growth was the closing of a Series A round of over 16 million euros, led by Silicon Valley fund Base10 Partners with participation from international investors such as Acurio Ventures, View Different (Diego Piacentini), Riccardo Zacconi, and confirmed support from Entourage, Verve Ventures, and other strategic angel investors.
