Your Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Leader to coordinate our Talent Team and help build a team of top performers. You’ll shape the future of legal tech by bringing in exceptional, innovation-driven talent.

  • Lead & Mentor: Manage and guide the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring alignment, performance, and continuous development.
  • Hiring Strategy: Design and execute effective recruiting strategies for tech and product positions (engineers, data roles, product teams, etc.).
  • Managing the entire recruiting lifecycle: from defining hiring needs to crafting strategies and writing compelling job descriptions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Process Optimization: Improve recruitment processes, implement KPIs, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen our presence in the tech talent market and to showcase what makes Lexroom.ai a great place to work.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment analytics to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.
  • Sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, with a strong focus on technical and product roles.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a talent acquisition role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in leading a Talent Acquisition team.
  • Proven track record of full-cycle international recruiting, with direct experience in hiring for technical and product roles like Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers.
  • Strong sourcing skills, particularly with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
  • Experience with employer branding and building a strong company culture.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting metrics.
  • A commitment to accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
