Role

  • Lead the launch and growth of Lexroom.ai in Spain, owning go-to-market execution end-to-end.
  • Drive sales efforts: prospecting, pipeline management, client acquisition, and closing deals with enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the legal, compliance, and financial sectors.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard early local team members and partners to accelerate growth.
  • Adapt Lexroom’s value proposition to the local market, ensuring alignment with customer needs and regulatory context.
  • Collaborate with the global team to localize sales strategies, pricing, and marketing materials.
  • Represent Lexroom at industry events, panels, and customer meetings to establish thought leadership in legal-tech and AI.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and roadmap.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or go-to-market roles, ideally in SaaS or technology companies.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and take ownership of a market launch.
  • Solid understanding of legal or regulatory environments; a legal background is a strong plus.
  • Experience in scaling a product from zero to one in a new market is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • High adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving orientation.
