Your Key Responsibilities

  • Define, own, and execute Lexroom’s sales strategy to accelerate growth across key segments and markets.
  • Keep building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Be in the trenches with the team, develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
  • Design, implement, and optimize scalable sales processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the team.
  • Set clear sales KPIs and metrics, monitor performance, and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market efforts and ensure customer satisfaction, with a focus on scaling internationally.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to design, manage, and lead high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience selling to enterprise customers; background in legaltech, compliance, or AI SaaS is a plus.
  • We want meaningful work and meaningful relationships. You are humble with Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven approach to processes, KPIs, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. We move fast.
  • English is your second language; other European languages are an advantage.
